The club will usually hold a pre-match press conference on Friday afternoons with manager Martin Paterson - these take place virtually over Zoom. Invites will be sent out to the Media Distribution List (see below) - if you would like to attend a press conference, please email media@burtonalbionfc.co.uk and rob.slater@burtonalbionfc.co.uk from a company email address.

All matchday accreditation requests should be processed through DataCo and submitted no later than 48 hours before kick-off. The request process will close at this time.

Should you miss the deadline, please email media@burtonalbionfc.co.uk and harry.arckless@burtonalbionfc.co.uk with your request and DataCo accreditation details. Please note that for busy games, priority will go to those who applied through DataCo.

The Pirelli Stadium will open two-and-a-half hours before kick-off for weekend and midweek games - there will be no access to the media facilities before this time. On arrival at the Pirelli Stadium, please head to the main reception and then go to the media sign-in desk ahead of you and have your DataCo accreditation ready.

Please note that, in line with our Bag Check Policy, all bags and boxes will be searched and tagged on sign-in.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available to the media from the Media Room, next door to the Tom Bradbury Lounge.

Journalists will be assigned a specific seat number - our representative on the sign-in desk will be able to direct you and our club media staff will be on hand to assist further.

Photographers and videographers (who must be requested in advance of the 48-hour deadline) must wear a high-visibility bib and remain in the two designated photographer zones behind each goal.

No filming is permitted in the press area, as per DataCo regulations. Anyone seen filming from the press bench will be asked to leave.

Parking is available for the media on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request this with your DataCo application.

Burton Albion Football Club operates a strict RED ZONE area, covering the pitch, tunnel, changing rooms and dugout areas.

Only members of club media will be allowed access to the RED ZONE and this must be requested for each individual in advance of the fixture.

Burton Albion Football Club will make the home manager and one player - at the club's discretion - available to speak to the press following the game. These interviews will take place in the new PURPLE ZONE to the left of the dugout areas after the game. Do not enter the RED ZONE to get to the PURPLE ZONE.

Interviews with representatives from the away team must be arranged through the away media team.

All interview requests should be sent to nigel.powlson@burtonalbionfc.co.uk or media@burtonalbionfc.co.uk - under no circumstances should club personnel be approached without express permission from the club.

To request addition to our distribution list and to receive press releases, please email nigel.powlson@burtonalbionfc.co.uk or media@burtonalbionfc.co.uk from a company email address.
